THE COLOURING BOOK

Move aside, stickers - and welcome to the current era: STRANGE KIDS' COLOURING BOOKS THAT ACTUALLY GET DONE AS NEXT-LEVEL ART. I started buying these as cheap colour-in items for my kids. Then I stumbled across REAL LIFE actual art being made in them on - you guessed it - TikTok Live.

Cue the obsession. Because here's what nobody tells you: the books look simple, but knowing which marker, pencil or acrylic pen to use, and in what layer, is a professional sport. DON'T WORRY - we bought all the different markers, pens and pencils and rated them in this section too, so you don't have to go in blind like we did.

Shelley's verdict: 5/5. Between this obsession and the rate this woman is pumping out books, we'll be busy (on our AMAZING couch desk) for a very long while. The first hobby to enter this collection while still alive. Watch this space.
