THE ECOTANK PRINTER

For when you just KNOW you'd usually run out of ink and never be bothered to buy more. Look how cute it is. It prints over 5,000 pages before it runs out of "ink." Full disclosure: I haven't actually plugged this in yet — I bought it in a flurry while building the ultimate home office — but it looks gorgeous and it promises, hand on heart, that it will never end up in the Printer Pile With No Ink in the garage.

Shelley's verdict: 4/5 on looks and promises alone (still unplugged — ask me in a month). The only printer I've ever called cute, and the first with a real shot at dodging the garage graveyard.
