THE OHUHU MARKERS (WATER-BASED)

The Coco Wyo cult following is obsessed with this brand of marker, so naturally I bought them. Then I spent a confusing first stretch wondering why mine weren't blending like every single TikTok video I had studied.

Mystery solved: these are the WATER-BASED ones. They don't smell, but they don't blend either - that's the deal, take it or leave it. What they ARE great for is working around the edges and highlighting, where precision matters more than blend. And the pack they come in? Proper profesh. It's essentially a mini suitcase - you could carry it through an airport and look like a roaming artist with commissions waiting in every city. Worth the purchase for that alone.

Shelley's verdict: 3/5 as a blender, 5/5 as a personality accessory. Buy them for the edges, the highlights, and the airport suitcase moment - just don't expect TikTok blends out of water-based pens. Learn from me.
